Location: Malvern, Worcestershire (although will work on sites throughout Worcs, Herefs & South West Midlands )
Position: Apprentice / Trainee Scaffolder
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: c. £595 paid weekly
Based on 42.5hr week Mon-Fri with overtime opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding structures under supervision.
- Support experienced scaffolders in ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Learn to read and interpret scaffold plans and specifications.
- Contribute to a team-focused, safety-first work environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Requirements:
- Must live in Malvern, Worcester, Kidderminster, Hereford areas.
- Driving License essential.
- A strong willingness to learn and develop skills in scaffolding.
- Good physical fitness and stamina, as the job can be physically demanding.
- Ability to work at heights and follow safety guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Able to work in a team.
- Offers of employment will be subject to DBS check.
