Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director UK, you will help to develop, implement and oversee an effective UK sales process across OCS Security Systems division, lead tender opportunities, with a responsibility for delivering profitable revenue growth and pipeline build within our target clients and sectors.
You will have primary responsible for:
- Sustainable UK Sales Growth
- Strategic marketing activity
- Uphold and deliver on the UK&I sales growth high-level strategy
- Manage all aspects of the sales commercial and legal process
- UK & Ireland bid process, data management and sign-off governance
Key responsibilities:
- Business research via CRM database
- Pipeline and prospect base development
- Own and develop key strategic relationships with key prospects, consultants and partners.
- Contacting potential new business clients, understanding their needs with a view to booking meetings
- Meeting and exceeding appointments and sales targets
- Diarising and maintaining up-to-date records on the CRM database
- Building effective relationships with prospective clients and Business Development Teams
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Leading the tender process from start to finish
- Closing the deal in line with the company business governance process
- Working closely with operational colleagues to maximise new business opportunities and retain existing customers in line with the divisional strategy
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- An ability to influence, encourage confidence and win new business
- A proven track record of sales
- Meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience in data management and research
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- You are a true team player; you will thrive in a collaborative environment
- You are tenacious, engaging and ambitious
- Previous experience in a Facilities Management Sales working environment
- National role with travel/overnight stays depending on the business needs
