About the Role
Hyundai KPK Logistics is seeking a proactive Fleet Operations Manager to oversee fleet performance, vehicle availability, driver operations, maintenance, and transportation efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a practical understanding of fleet and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet and transportation operations.
- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, maintenance, and performance.
- Coordinate driver schedules, routes, and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and company standards.
- Manage maintenance schedules and external service providers.
- Monitor fleet costs, fuel consumption, and operational efficiency.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Develop operational reports and fleet performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of fleet management systems and transportation regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
