Balanced Beauty London – Chiswick, West London
Balanced Beauty London is looking for an experienced senior lash artist to provide holiday cover and flexible appointments, including selected evenings and weekends.
This is a freelance/self-employed role, ideal for a lash artist who values quality over quantity and enjoys creating beautiful, natural-looking results. Our brand is built on healthy lashes, clean application, excellent retention, and a calm luxury experience for every client.
About the role
Initially, the role will involve covering appointments when I am away, on holiday, or unavailable, with the opportunity for regular work.
What I’m looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in eyelash extensions.
- Strong skills in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lashes.
- Excellent isolation and lash health knowledge.
- Consistent, clean work with great retention.
- Professional, reliable, and confident working independently.
- A warm, client-focused approach.
- Willingness to follow the Balanced Beauty London styling philosophy and service standards.
- An Instagram portfolio or examples of your work.
This role is not suitable for
- Newly qualified lash artists.
- Artists who specialise primarily in very heavy Russian volume styles.
- Anyone looking for guaranteed full-time hours immediately.
