We're looking for an enthusiastic, caring and people-focused coach to join our growing team.
At our gym, we don't do traditional gym floor coaching. We specialise in small group personal training, helping people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds become stronger, healthier and more confident in a supportive community environment.
For us, coaching is about far more than counting reps. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, encouraging people and making every member feel welcome.
Experience is important, but attitude, empathy and a passion for helping people are even more important. The right person doesn't necessarily need to have the longest coaching CV—we're looking for someone who shares our values and wants to make a real difference in people's lives.
Initially, the role will involve coaching approximately 15–25 hours per week, but as the business continues to grow, there will be genuine opportunities to increase hours and develop into a broader role. This could include taking ownership of areas such as member experience, youth coaching, marketing, community events or operations, depending on your strengths and interests.
If you're looking for more than just another coaching job and want to build a long-term career within a supportive, ambitious team, we'd love to hear from you.
