Join our clients' team as a Tier 1 social housing contractor working on a contract in North Birmingham.
Responsibilities of the Plumber:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance to plumbing systems in social housing properties
- Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, faulty taps, toilets, showers and heating-related plumbing issues
- Install and replace pipes, fittings, sanitaryware and appliances
- Respond to emergency plumbing call-outs and urgent repairs
- Complete planned maintenance and refurbishment work
- Ensure work meets health, safety and building regulations
- Liaise with tenants, housing officers and contractors professionally
Requirements of the successful Plumber:
- Proven experience working in a social housing or domestic environment, be comfortable working independently
- Must have NVQ level 2 in plumbing
- Clean DBS Check
- Clean Driving Licence
