We’re looking for a confident, friendly and reliable Shift Leader to join our team at Blacks Bar — a busy, welcoming community pub where great service and a great atmosphere come first.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running daily operations — supporting the smooth running of the bar
- Leading shifts — opening & closing the venue confidently
- Delivering excellent service — ensuring every guest feels welcome
- Cash handling and basic stock duties
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality or bar experience (bonus but not essential)
- Reliable, honest and confident
- Strong communication skills
- Someone who enjoys being part of a community pub and leads by example
The Role
- Full‑time, permanent position
- Monthly rotas issued in advance
- Flexible shift patterns
- Good rates of pay
