Cosy Cosmetics is a small, fast-growing company who has just turned 2 years old. In that time, we’ve successfully sold over 320,000 travel body mists on one social media platform alone. We proudly manufacture all of our products in-house in South Yorkshire, specialising in high-quality body care products with fragrance at the heart of everything we create.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to support our expanding operations.
The Role
This is a hands-on, active role within our production team. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of production tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring all products meet our high standards.
Full training will be provided on all equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing body care products to company standards
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
- Carrying out daily checks on machinery and work areas
- Reporting any defects, faults, or issues promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the production area
- Working closely with the business owners and small production team
- Picking and packing orders may be involved too.
This role requires you to be on your feet for most of the day and involves manual handling.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Good standard of English and strong communication skills
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- The ability to multi-task and work to targets and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivation and punctuality
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Previous manufacturing experience is not required.
