Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, EXPERIENCED and professional Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional drinks and delivering outstanding customer service in a lively bar environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. Applicants MUST be able to work late nights and weekends on a rota basis
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet guests warmly, taking orders efficiently whilst maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared safely, adhering to food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces throughout shifts.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment of supplies as needed.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, offering recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Comply with licensing laws and health & safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cocktail making is essential .
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently under pressure.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Good time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- A positive attitude with a genuine interest in delivering top-quality customer service.

Pay: £8.00-£12.80 per hour
