Event & Marketing Administrator

- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Note: Requires working one or two Saturdays per month, with a day off provided in lieu during the week).
- Holiday Allowance: 28 days per year (inclusive of statutory/local holidays).
About Us
Inspired Cosmetic Training has been a leading provider of medical aesthetic courses since 2010. With an exciting programme of training courses and our flagship conference ahead for 2027, we are looking for a dynamic, full-time Event & Marketing Administrator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Management: Register delegates, prepare delegate packs, set up rooms, and ensure the seamless day-to-day running of courses and events.
- Customer Care: Liaise with course delegates before, during, and after courses via email, phone, and in person, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Financial Administration: Handle invoicing, billing updates, record maintenance, reconciliation, and data analysis using Excel.
- General Office Support: Maintain online and offline filing systems, manage photocopying, handle clinic room bookings, and maintain/update internal databases.
- Marketing Support: Provide general assistance with marketing activities, including a good working knowledge of social media, email marketing & editing company website.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative environment, brings a positive attitude, and has a genuine interest in the medical aesthetics sector.
- Experience: Ideally 2+ years of solid administrative experience as well as marketing experience.
- Numeracy & IT Skills: High levels of accuracy, excellent numeracy skills, and confidence using Excel and the full Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Communication: Fluent written and spoken English, with a professional, friendly manner and confidence on the telephone as we use the telephone a lot in our work.
- Marketing Know-How: Working knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms, alongside database management experience and ability to edit website
- Personal Attributes: Highly organized, able to multi-task, excellent time management, capable of meeting deadlines, and able to work well on your own initiative under pressure.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
