We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our children’s residential home in Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you will help shape high-quality care and support for young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate shifts, providing clear direction to the team
- Complete daily logs, handovers, and care plan updates
- Oversee recording, reporting, and general home maintenance tasks
- Plan and deliver key work sessions with young people
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Conduct medication audits as directed
- Ensure staff supervisions are completed
- Assist with sourcing rota cover when needed
- Provide on-call support as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 4 qualification in residential Childcare(or currently working towards it)
- Experience in a children’s residential setting
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A proactive, supportive, and resilient approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Pay: From £14.62 per hour
Experience:
- Residential Childcare: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ3 in Residential Childcare (preferred)
