We are looking for experienced Bakers to support local bakeries across London on a temporary basis.

- Preparing and baking breads, pastries and other bakery products

Mixing, shaping, proving and baking

Working with dough and following bakery recipes

Supporting busy bakery production

Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Previous professional bakery experience

Confident working with bread and dough production

Reliable and able to work independently

Comfortable with early morning and/or night shifts

Flexible to work across different bakery locations in London
