We are seeking a dedicated Door Supervisor to join our team in. This role is vital in maintaining safety and order at various Bar and Restaurant venues and locations, reflecting our company's commitment to excellence in security services. The position is based in London
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities.
- Enforce venue rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Qualifications
- SIA Door Supervisor license.
- Proven experience in security or related fields.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
- First aid certification is preferred.
- Reliable and professional attitude.
