Airbnb & Serviced Apartment Cleaner – Birmingham
Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Period: 20th July – 30th September
Hours: Flexible, including weekends as required
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning Airbnb properties, serviced apartments, and short-term rental accommodation to a high standard, ensuring every guest arrives at a spotless and welcoming environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and follow detailed cleaning checklists and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare Airbnb and serviced apartment properties between guest stays.
- Change bed linen and make beds to a high standard.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas thoroughly.
- Replenish guest supplies where required.
- Report any maintenance issues or property damage.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards.
- Ensure all properties are guest-ready within required timeframes.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, holiday lets, or Airbnb cleaning is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
