Job Summary
Seeking a reliable and highly experienced Commercial Cleaning Operative (temporary part-time evenings) for a commercial office, located in Holywood. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the commercial premises. The position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of premises. Including large kitchen, foyer area, large open planned office space, individual offices and washroom blocks.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Surface cleanse kitchen worktops, ensuring that dishes are washed and waste is disposed responsibly.
- All desks dusted and polished including computer equipment, and individual bins emptied.
- All floors throughout the building to be vacuumed and mopped.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to management.
- Request to replenish new cleaning products as and when required.
- Skills
- At least one years' commercial cleaning experience is essential.
- Be available two evenings per week.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong work ethic essential.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Reliable with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
- Driving license essential, to travel to and from location.
- Good level of physical fitness preferred - role includes standing, moving around, bending, stretching etc.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
