Altrad are looking for an experience Rope Access Team Leader to join the team.
The role will be 38 hours per week. We are offering a competetive salary and a lodge allowance if you reside over 35 miles from site.
Key Deliverables:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a rope access team
- Proven experience in rope access operations, with a strong understanding of IRATA procedures and safe working practices
- Ability to plan and coordinate rope access activities, including risk assessments, method statements and work planning
- Strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards, with the confidence to stop work where necessary
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly when working in challenging or changing environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, site management and team members
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Key Requirements / Qualifications:
- IRATA Level 3 Rope Access qualification
- CCNSG Safety Passport
- Clean Shaven
