Role : Night Shift Setter
Location: Reading
Hours: Sunday - Thursday | 10.00pm - 06:00am
Pay: £15 - £17.50ph + 20% night shift uplift
Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Setter to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Reading.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Machine Setter / Punch Press Setter to join a stable production team, with opportunities to develop and progress within the business.
The Role:
- Setting and operating punch press machinery
- Producing high quality metal and plastic components
- Working to production targets and maintaining quality standards
- Following health and safety and ISO procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Working as part of a small manufacturing team
- Supporting the Team Leader when required
We're looking for:
- Previous Punch Press setting experience is essential
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Experience working night shifts
- Reliable and commited work history
- Good spoken and written English
- A flexible attitude, with the ability to move onto day shifts if required
Hours & Pay
- £15.00 - £17.50 per hour, depending on experience
- 20% additional uplift for hours worked during the night
- 40 hour week with a paid 30 minute daily break
