We’re currently recruiting carers to provide high-quality visiting care to people in their own homes across Farnham and the surrounding towns.
Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with flexible hours that can fit around other commitments.
You don’t need previous care experience. If you’re kind, dependable and willing to learn, we’ll provide all the training and support you need.
Available shifts
- Weekday mornings: 7am–1pm, Monday to Friday
- Weekday afternoons: 1pm–8pm, Monday to Friday
- Weekend mornings: 7am–1pm, Saturday and Sunday
- Weekend afternoons: 1pm–8pm, Saturday and Sunday
Please only apply if you can cover at least one of these shift patterns in full.
What you’ll be doing
Every client is different, but your role may include:
- Visiting clients in their own homes
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Helping with everyday routines and household tasks
- Light housekeeping, including cleaning, dusting and laundry
- Preparing meals and running errands
- Supporting clients with personal care, such as bathing and grooming
- Assisting with medication schedules and reminders
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities

What we’re looking for
You’ll need to be:
- Caring, dependable and committed to doing a good job
- A confident communicator who treats people with dignity and respect
- Able to manage your time and work independently
- Committed to protecting client dignity and confidentiality
- Physically able to assist with household tasks and personal care
- Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
You’ll also need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
