The Role:
We’re seeking a Both Part-Time & Full Time Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team.
You’ll be the face of Grain, delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food and drinks, and ensuring the café operates smoothly. Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant Managers, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
- Assist customers with menu selections, including grab-and-go options.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including high-quality coffee (training provided).
- Operate the till, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area, including restocking supplies.
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Address customer queries and ensure a positive experience for everyone.
About You:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a café or grab-and-go environment (not essential).
- Passionate about coffee, food, and delivering exceptional service.
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and peak hours.
