Salary: Up to £60,000 – negotiable depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading your pharmacy team to deliver exceptional service
- Providing strategic, professional leadership and statutory oversight for a registered pharmacy business
- Managing stock, operations, and GPhC (PSNI) standards
- Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
- Receiving direct support from your Regional Manager
- Overseeing day-to-day operations at a single branch, managing overarching clinical governance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory compliance.

- GPhC-qualified pharmacists
- Preferably with pharmacy experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passionate professionals ready to grow.
Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
