In this vital role you will lead the commercialexecutionofAmgen’s biosimilar portfolio across the UK,driving revenue, market share, and patient access through effective execution of brand strategy. As a key member of the cross-functional brand team, you willleverageyour understanding of the NHS and regional healthcare systems to shape strategic priorities and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
Translate brand strategy into effective account and customer plans, informed by market, customer, and NHS insights.
Ensure disciplined execution of territory plans, key account strategies, brand campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
Coach, mentor, and develop team membersviaahighperformingcultureoftalentdevelopment, succession planning, and field-based leadership.
Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement through strong matrix leadership and emotional intelligence.
