We are seeking a QHSSE Executive to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in GB, this role plays a vital part in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality, health, safety, security, and environmental compliance. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QHSSE policies and procedures aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage incident investigations to identify root causes.
- Coordinate safety training sessions including first aid certification for staff.
- Monitor compliance with legal regulations and company policies across all operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on safety performance and incident analysis.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Support emergency response planning and drills.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in QHSSE management within the logistics or security industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable in GB.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Certified first aid responder is highly desirable.
- Analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Effective communication skills for training and reporting purposes.
- Ability to develop safety policies and conduct risk assessments.
- Proactive approach to safety management and problem-solving.
