Content Creation & Brand Consistency: Write and design high-quality assets, including social posts, video descriptions, email copy and ad creative, ensuring content aligns with Health Academy’s brand guidelines, tone of voice and clinical standards.
Team Collaboration: Work with the wider team to gather footage or assets, providing them with clear briefs on what is required for the content calendar.
Mailers & Automation: Manage the Mailchimp strategy, including drafting and scheduling 10–12 monthly mailers and optimising the automated blog-triggered workflows.
Paid Media (PPC): Transition the direct management of Google Ads and Bing Ads from our current agency, focusing on keyword optimisation and lead generation for B2B audiences.
Campaign Planning and Integration: Plan and deliver joined-up campaigns for key course areas and free CPD events, ensuring activity is coordinated across email, website, social media, paid ads, blogs and monthly CPD sessions.
Website Content Support: Support with reviewing and updating website copy, course pages and landing pages to improve clarity, calls to action, SEO basics and conversion opportunities.
B2B Audience Development: Audit current customer journeys and identify how to better reach key B2B decision-makers, including Practice Managers, Training Hubs and Pharmacy Leads, through clearer messaging and targeted campaigns.
Performance Reporting: Produce monthly reports across all active channels, using data from email, website, paid ads and social platforms to identify what is driving engagement, B2B form leads and bookings, and recommend what action should be taken next.
Hands-on Experience: Proven ability to manage business accounts on LinkedIn and Meta, and a basic understanding of YouTube Studio.
Technical Literacy: Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or equivalent, and a strong desire to develop skills in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Copywriting & Attention to Detail: Exceptional written English, with the ability to proofread accurately and adapt tone for professional healthcare audiences.
Organisation: The ability to manage a complex weekly schedule across multiple platforms within a 3-day window.
Remote Working: Confidence working independently in a fully remote role, with excellent communication and strong time management. UK based applicants only.
