Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist
You’ll be joining us at our Platt Lane practice in Fallowfield, M14 7BZ.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 8:45 - 17:30.
As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
