Location: Sheffield/Remote (Location dependant - 2 days in Sheffield office for those who can travel. We also have a quarterly full team get together and it is desirable that you join these. Essential equipment will be made available to allow for working from home.)

Overview:
Tickets for Good is on a mission to make live events more accessible by providing free and discounted tickets to our member base of over 500,000 NHS and healthcare workers, charity workers, teachers, volunteers, and those who receive government support (Ticket Bank). We do this with the belief that event attendance provides a range of physical and mental benefits and that participation in cultural events should be open to all.
The Accounts & Eligibility Executive will be responsible for reviewing and approving member accounts, verifying eligibility across all Tickets for Good markets and ensuring the integrity of our member community. The role will provide a smooth onboarding experience, while also collaborating with the Community Partnerships team to identify organisations with growth potential, facilitating introductions and handovers that support wider organisational engagement and membership growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and approving new member applications across our global markets.
- Assessing eligibility against market-specific criteria and ensuring consistent application of policies and processes.
- Investigating and resolving eligibility queries, providing clear and timely support to applicants and members.
- Monitoring application trends and identifying opportunities to improve approval processes and member experience.
- Building a strong understanding of Tickets for Good's eligibility frameworks, partner requirements, and target communities across all markets.
- Identifying organisations within the member base that could benefit from deeper engagement with Tickets for Good.
- Working closely with the Community Partnerships team to qualify, hand over, and support organisational growth opportunities.
- Escalating complex eligibility cases and contributing to the development of best practices and operational guidance.
- Supporting cross-functional projects that improve member acquisition, retention, and community impact.
- Acting as an ambassador for Tickets for Good, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to serving the community.
What We’re Looking For:

- Confidence working with processes, policies, and eligibility criteria, while applying sound judgement to more complex cases.
- Ability to analyse information, identify patterns, and spot opportunities for improvement or growth.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools to manage data and workflows.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- An interest in the charity, public sector, healthcare, education, or community sectors that Tickets for Good serves.
- A passion for Tickets for Good's mission and a genuine desire to help more people access the experiences and opportunities we provide.
Desirable:
- Experience in account verification, eligibility assessment, customer operations, membership administration, or a similar role.
- Experience working across multiple markets or managing region-specific processes.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer support tools.
- Experience identifying and qualifying partnership, sales, or growth opportunities.
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C including both Maths and English.
Experience: Previous work experience within an SME or startup environment is beneficial, as is experience in a target-driven sales role.
