Bailey Capital Investment Group is looking to appoint an experienced Regional Construction Contracts Manager to oversee residential conversion and social housing projects across the North West.This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in construction project management, site management or contracts management, ideally within social housing, residential refurbishment, property conversions or supported living accommodation.The successful candidate will travel between live projects, inspect properties, manage contractors, identify and report snagging issues, monitor progress, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.Key responsibilities will include:
- Visiting sites across Accrington, Crewe, Skelmersdale and Rugby
- Inspecting houses before, during and after works
- Snagging completed jobs and ensuring defects are resolved
- Managing contractors and subcontractors on live projects
- Monitoring progress against programme and budget
- Ensuring works comply with building regulations, health and safety requirements and expected quality standards
- Reporting progress, risks, issues and site updates to the Project Director
- Supporting the delivery of social housing, residential conversion and refurbishment projects

- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to travel regularly
- A full clean UK driving licence
- SMSTS, SSSTS or similar construction qualifications would be advantageous
