We are looking for a kind, caring person to give individual care and plan and deliver activities for our children with SEN and speech and language delay.
We require somone to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, term time only.
You will be required to provide 1- 1 care, complete all relevant paperwork, follow actions plans made and agreed between yourself and other professionals, attend meetings with other professionals working towards the child's needs.
The candidate must:
Have sound knowledge of working with children with additional needs.
Have experience of working with children with SEND in an early years setting.
Demonstrate good communication and excellent organisational skills.
Be passionate about inclusion and achieving positive outcomes for children.
You must hold a Minimum level 3 qualification in Early years.
You must provide a clear DBS check and 2 relevant references.
Candidate must have a sound knowledge of Safeguarding and the local procedures.
