Responsibilities

- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service experiences for guests

- Monitor stock levels, organise inventory, and oversee proper storage of ingredients and supplies
- Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the kitchen area
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production, kitchen management or culinary roles within hospitality or restaurant settings
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling and hygiene
