Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and of ice cream machines according to established hygiene standards and food safety regulations
- Follow detailed cleaning procedures, including disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of equipment
- Conduct regular checks to ensure machines are operating correctly and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and maintenance.
- Support the team by maintaining cleanliness in work areas and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Prior experience in food production or working with commercial kitchen equipment is preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with minor repairs or troubleshooting of machines
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely and work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
