We're looking for friendly, organised, and proactive individuals to join our Customer Services team. About the role: -
Working closely with our Customer Services and Warehouse teams and based at our office in Telford, this role focuses on delivering excellent customer service across email and telephone, ensuring customer enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and with a friendly approach.
Alongside supporting our customers, you'll also assist our warehouse team with a variety of day-to-day operational tasks, helping to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by email in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Answer incoming /make outgoing telephone calls assisting customers with orders, product enquiries, and general queries.
- Make outbound calls to prospective trade accounts to introduce Lily & Loaf's products and services and identify new business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products to existing customers where appropriate, helping to maximise sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
- Assist the warehouse team with labelling products and picking and packing of orders when needed.
- Carry out general administrative tasks associated with customer service and order processing.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and recorded accurately where required.
About you: -
Ideally you will have some experience in customer service, administration, retail, warehouse operations and/or a relevant recent qualification.
Your skills and experience:
Required:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence answering telephone calls and responding to customer emails.
- Good keyboard and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Friendly and professional approach to customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Advantageous:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience processing online orders.
- Experience within a warehouse or fulfilment environment.
- Experience within the wellness, supplement, retail, or health industry.
Personal Qualities:
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers by email and telephone.
- Positive, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Highly organised and reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business when required.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Location: This role is based on site in Telford. Due to our location, access to your own transport may be beneficial.
