Are you looking fo a role as a Nursery Manager?
Ivy House are seeking a dedicated, hard working and nurturing person to oversee the daily operations of our childcare setting close to Ham Common on Ham Street.
Currently, the setting is very quiet, with around 12 children on our busiest day, although we have the space for a lot more. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, either having managed a nursery setting before or having been a Deputy Manager but now looking for that next step up.
Our homely setting has been open for just over 1 year and we are looking for someone who is confident and has ideas about how to really boost the occupancy of the setting to help drive it forward. This role offers an opportunity to lead a small team of around 5 staff members, ensure high standards of care and foster a nurturing environment for young learners.
Although the salary for this position is lower than what we would usually pay for a manager role, this is due to the low occupancy and small team at the setting currently. We do however have a generous manager bonus scheme in place, a great annual leave package with an additional day off for your Birthday each year, free parking, free uniform, a very heavily discounted childcare package and much, much more.
