Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint experienced Consultants, Principals and Associate Partners across a number of specialist practices including:

- Retail
- Hospitality
- Leisure
- Finance Leadership
- Infrastructure (rail, airports, transport and wider infrastructure)

What we're looking for
- Proven recruitment experience within a specialist market
- Consistent billings of £200k+
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Experience operating at senior level within your sector
- A consultative and professional approach
- Ambition to build a long-term career within executive search
Retained search experience would be advantageous, but we would also welcome conversations with high-performing contingent recruiters operating at senior levels who are looking to transition into executive search.
