We are looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic bartender to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming environment and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain a spotless and well organized bar station. Restocking inventory managing bar supplies efficiently during high volume periods.
- Provide warm, engaging and interactive service.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring correct change is given and maintaining a balanced till.
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and reporting any shortages to management.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible serving guidelines to promote a safe environment for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Excellent bartending skills with the ability to create a variety of cocktails and beverages is preferred.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to engage positively with guests,.
- Understanding of food safety practices and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards in the workplace.
