The Role
We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer/Artworker to join our studio team. This is a hands‑on role focused on preparing, checking, and applying client‑supplied artwork for exhibition stands and event environments.
You’ll work closely with our Studio teams to ensure graphics are accurate, print‑ready, and correctly applied to CAD elevations.
As you grow in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn 3D design applications used by our experienced designers, gaining skills in spatial layout, stand visualisation, and environmental graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Check client‑supplied artwork for quality, resolution, scale, and print suitability.
- Prepare and adapt artwork to meet large‑format print specifications.
- Apply artwork to CAD elevations and graphic plans with accuracy.
- Create print‑ready files, ensuring correct bleed, colour profiles, and material setup.
- Liaise with internal teams to confirm artwork placement and production requirements.
- Order graphics and coordinate with print suppliers when needed.
- Support the design team with simple layout tasks and artwork amendments.
- Maintain tidy, consistent workflows and follow internal production processes.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Some experience in a graphic design or artworker role.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking artwork.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
Desirable
- Experience with large‑format or exhibition graphics.
- Familiarity with CAD elevations or technical drawings.
- Interest in learning 3D software (3D Studio Max, Vectorworks).
- Basic retouching or image editing skills.
Personal Attributes
- Keen to learn and develop new skills, especially in 3D and spatial design.
- Confident communicating with internal teams and suppliers.
- Organised, reliable, and proactive.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
