About The Pointer:
The Pointer, located in Brill, Buckinghamshire, has eight boutique-style hotel rooms, a restaurant – where all the meat is supplied by the local butcher next door, and a traditional bar area, it is a country British pub.
Using the highest quality ingredients, traceable from field to fork, our menu offers a variety of dishes suitable for a light lunch or a celebratory dinner and has many British pub classics you'd expect to find.
About You:
- You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous previously and be ready for your next challenge!
- You will be passionate about food, have impeccable standards and a great team spirit
- You are ready to support the Head Chef with day to day operations
- You are ready to support the Head Chef with leading and developing the team
- You are ready to assist the Head Chef in creations of the specials menu
- You are confident running your own section
- You are a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
