Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
Part -Time:
Wednesday 9.00amto 6.30pm
Thursday 9.00am to 6.30pm
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organised reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems, Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed.
- A friendly disposition with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
