5T – 8T Excavator Operator – Hailsham
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Finishing Gang / Internal Deep Drainage / Internal & External Drainage to work on sites across Hailsham. You will be responsible for completing internal drainage works to a high standard, ensuring all installations are compliant, tested, and ready for handover.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out internal deep drainage installation, including pipework, connections, and final tie-ins
Completing finishing works such as fitting, levelling, sealing, and ensuring systems are ready for use
Reading and working from drawings to install drainage systems accurately
Ensuring all work meets required specifications and quality standards
Conducting basic checks and assisting with testing of drainage systems
Maintaining clean and safe working areas at all times
Working safely around other trades and following all health & safety procedures
Reporting any defects, issues, or variations to site management
Requirements
Valid CSCS card
Proven experience in internal drainage and finishing works
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a gang
Good understanding of health & safety requirements on site
Right to work in the UK
