We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a key part of our hospitality experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, actively upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Handle transactions with basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention.
- Address any guest concerns or feedback in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and order accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A passion for serving others and creating memorable dining experiences.
