Outsourced Events is looking for Graduate Event Coordinators to join our award-winning team this September.
From day one, you'll be part of a structured two-year development programme designed to give you the skills, knowledge and experience needed to build a successful career in event management. You'll work on live projects, support events across the UK and overseas, and receive hands-on training from experienced professionals, all while earning a competitive salary. You'll have the opportunity to travel to international events, giving you first-hand experience of delivering events on a global scale.
On successful completion of the programme, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Event Executive role, giving you a clear career pathway from the moment you join us.

Throughout the programme you will:
- Join us on a permanent contract as an Event Coordinator.
- Complete 13 structured learning modules, delivered as part of your working week.
- Spend your time immersed in our Events team, learning the foundations of event delivery.
- Have the opportunity to complete a two-month placement in either our Sales or Marketing team to broaden your experience and understanding of the business.
- Learn from experienced Event Managers while taking on increasing responsibility as your confidence grows.
- Work towards progressing into a Senior Event Executive role upon successful completion of the programme.
What you'll be doing
Working alongside our Event Managers and wider project teams, you'll support the planning and delivery of a wide variety of events for clients across the UK and internationally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions, tradeshows and corporate events.
- Assisting with venue research, supplier liaison and event logistics.
- Helping to coordinate project plans using Monday.com.
- Supporting delegate communications, inbox management and attendee enquiries.
- Assisting with hotel bookings, travel arrangements and delegate logistics.
- Preparing client presentations, reports and event documentation.
- Supporting speaker, sponsor and exhibitor communications.
- Obtaining supplier quotations and assisting with budget management.
- Supporting our digital platform team with event registration systems, event apps and online engagement tools.
- Managing inventory and coordinating shipments with suppliers and event organisers.
- Attending events across the UK and overseas, supporting onsite delivery and ensuring an exceptional delegate experience.
- Assisting with post-event reporting and event evaluation.
- As your confidence and experience grow, you'll take on increasing responsibility and become involved in more complex projects.
We're looking for enthusiastic graduates who are organised, proactive and genuinely excited about building a career in events.
You don't need previous event management experience. We're much more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to build great relationships.
You'll ideally have:
- A degree in any discipline, completed or due to be awarded this year.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Approachable, with the ability to build rapport across all levels and backgrounds. Organised, with the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities while maintaining high-quality work.
- A proactive approach and willingness to get stuck in.
- A good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.
- A genuine interest in events, marketing or client service.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and overseas, including occasional overnight stays, as part of event delivery.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience gained through internships, placements, part-time work, volunteering or university projects.
- An additional European or Middle Eastern language.
- An interest in technology and innovation.
