Part Time/Full Time Position Available
3-5 days out of 7
Morning Shift - Start times from 6.30am/7am weekdays, from 7.30am weekends.
Afternoon Shift - Start times between 3pm and 6pm
Must be available for split shifts as and when required
Duties to include cooking breakfast/ covering lunch service/ covering evening service. Plus any prep required
Minimum 1 year experience in a fresh food environment
Requirements & Responsibilities
Produce food of an impeccable standard in line with the Business and Customer expectation to ensure our reputation as luxury wedding venue.
Be responsible for kitchen stock control including stock takes ensuring that the correct documentation is forwarded to Accounts on the first of each month and as required
Accountable for the ordering of products from authorised suppliers at discounted prices. You are also responsible for ordering and sourcing the most competitive prices for the highest quality products for those items when not purchasing from authorised suppliers
Ensure the smooth running of each service, maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador at all time
