BTHFT are looking to recruit an Asset & PPM Manager who will be responsible for Estates controlled assets and the associated systems/software to manage this. Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules within our CAFM system ensuring they are in accordance with Statutory & Mandatory requirements, HTM guidance and SFG20, as well as reporting on PPM performance.
The Asset and PPM Manager will deliver effective management and operation of all statutory, mandatory and essential compliance aspects relating to Estates assets and planned preventative maintenance, including production and implementation of software packages and structure to support service delivery.
Interrogate / analyse complex information system data to produce reports for senior and operational teams that will assist with the development of future planned maintenance budgets / replacement programmes.
To lead on the creation, control and management of an asset management system for all Estates assets in accordance with ISO 55001:2024.
Produce & implement asset management policies, processes and associated procedures with engagement from capital/project and operational teams.
To lead on the creation of an asset database for all Estates assets.
Develop and present reports to support assurance and governance framework for the Estates & Facilities Directorate.
To exchange asset / planned maintenance information with specialists and non-specialists and have the ability to ensure highly complex information is presented in a manner required to meet the targets audience’s knowledge base.
Organise and co-ordinate workshops / tool box talks to deliver assurance for effective compliance and risk management.
Responsible for the direct line management of the prospective Asset & PPM Officer.
Responsible for the budget associated with the Estates Information Systems related to the management of assets and planned maintenance. This will include but is not limited to, raising purchase orders in accordance with the Trust’s Standing Financial Instructions (SFIs) for the renewal of existing licenses or purchasing additional licenses/modules if deemed required.
