We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Maintenance / Groundsperson to join our team. The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out snagging, repairs and general maintenance on hire fleet units and caravan sales stock.
- Ensure maintenance issues reported to Reception are attended to promptly and efficiently.
- Undertake the maintenance and upkeep of public facilities, including swimming pools and complex buildings.
- Assist with general grounds and site maintenance to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the park.
- Identify faults and implement effective solutions to maintenance-related issues.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and company procedures.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety compliance requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
- Previous maintenance, groundskeeping or general handyman experience is desirable.
