ALS People are currently recruiting for the permanent role of Compliance Administrator working in their Head Office in Ystrad Mynach. The successful applicant will work as a Compliance Administrator on a full-time basis Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
Reporting to the Finance Manager your day to day duties will include;
- Performing DBS checks & following up on certificate results
- Processing new starters
- Performing Sanction checks
- Contacting workers as part of worker welfare checks
- Monitoring renewal dates for Share Codes/Right to work checks and advising managers
- Maintaining ALS compliance documentation and advising of need for renewal
- Maintaining self-billing arrangements and renewing
- Performing Yearly Supplier Audits
- Monitoring student checks and maintaining records in our internal system
- Running reports to check compliance with legislation such as Working Time Directive
- Producing ad hoc reports
- Working to weekly and monthly deadlines inline with KPI’s
- And any other adhoc duties as required by the company
Requirements
· Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
· Professional and courteous approach towards their work
· Confident in making and receiving telephone calls.
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Good knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
· Solid data entry skills
· Good organizational and time-management abilities
· Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple work-streams
