About the Role
Brunco Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join us on ongoing refurbishment projects across London, Essex and Greater London. We carry out complete interior and exterior refurbishments, and we need a reliable all-rounder who can turn their hand to multiple trades on site.
Housing association experience is essential, as much of our work is carried out on occupied and void housing association properties, so a professional, tenant-friendly approach is a must.
What You'll Be Doing
- Kitchen fitting
- Bathroom fitting
- Fitting internal and external doors
- Basic plumbing
- Painting and decorating
- Mould washing and treatment
What We're Looking For
- Proven multi-trade experience covering the above
- Previous experience working on housing association contracts
- Must have your own vehicle
- Must have your own tools
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in occupied properties
- Able to work across London, Essex and Greater London
Pay & Details
- Rate: £210 per day
- Location: London area, with travel to sites across Essex and Greater London
- Start: Immediate start available for the right candidate
