About Football Focused 1-2-1
At Football Focused 1-2-1, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to enjoy sport in an environment where they feel safe, supported and valued. Alongside our football programmes, we are expanding our inclusive sports provision to provide engaging multi-sports sessions specifically designed for neurodivergent children and young people.
Our inclusive sessions focus on participation, confidence, movement, social development and having fun, rather than competition. We understand that every child learns differently, and our coaches work closely with families to create positive experiences that meet individual needs. Through a variety of sports and activities, we aim to build confidence, develop physical literacy, encourage friendships and promote lifelong enjoyment of being active.
As our inclusive programmes continue to grow, we are looking for caring, enthusiastic and patient coaches who are passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of children with additional support needs. Whether you have extensive coaching experience or are beginning your journey in inclusive sport, we welcome individuals who are committed to learning and creating positive experiences for every participant.
At Football Focused 1-2-1, our coaches are at the heart of everything we do. We provide ongoing mentoring, training and development opportunities to help our staff build the confidence and skills needed to deliver high-quality inclusive sessions.
