We're looking for an experienced Civils operative to join a growing team based near to Indian Queens. This is an ongoing temporary full-time role with permanent opportunities for the right person.
If you're a hands-on person who thrives on getting the job done safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you. You must be able to drive 7.5T vehicles.
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality civils work including kerbing, drainage, and hand-laying tarmac
- Organise plant, materials, and day-to-day site activities
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Civils role or similar
- Competent across a range of manual civils duties
- Confident problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude
- Comfortable dealing with the public on-site
Essential Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- NRSWA Operative
- Full UK Driving Licence able to drive 7.5T
Desirable:
- Experience operating small plant (dumpers, mini excavators, roller)
