We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within domestic homes. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Jobs are domestic houses in manningtree, colchester, harwich, East Bergholt, Ardleigh, Dedham and Clacton areas so must be able to drive.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning or housekeeping is essential. Full training will be given to ensure the right candidate is compliant with our extremely high standards.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly yet professional demeanor is essential with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- A proactive attitude towards work, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Honest, trustworthy and presentable
- Applicants must be able to be flexible with hours initially with the aim of building up to full rounds with their own regular customers.
- All products and uniform is provided
- Must be proficient in using various types of cleaning equipment
- Please note this is a self employed position. You will be responsible for dealing with your own tax and NI. You can be paid via cash or bank transfer
- This role is extremely physical, it involves lifting of equipment including hoovers and cleaning products. The successful candidate must be physically fit.
- Excellent time management is essential. As well as flexibility in a fast paced and sometimes changing schedule.
