About the Role
JRB Pool Construction is looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer or Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working on swimming pool construction, renovations and maintenance across South Wales.
Previous construction or site experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right person who is keen to learn and develop a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with swimming pool construction and installations.
- General site labouring and preparation.
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and confidently.
- Assisting with plumbing, filtration systems and equipment installation.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised.
- Working as part of a professional team on domestic and commercial projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working on construction sites.
- Confident using hand tools and power tools.
- Good practical knowledge and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the company.
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
