Labyrinth is a laser tag party centre and toddler play cafe. We're looking for a confident, energetic person to become a key part of our management team as our current managers move on over the next two months.
This is a part-time role of around 10–20 hours per week, usually one or two weekend shifts opening or closing the venue plus 9:30am–2:30pm on one or two weekdays.
You'll host laser tag parties and Make-a-Bear experiences, look after customers, make orders of pizza, panini and buddha bowls, and take responsibility for running the venue during your shift. You'll need to keep multiple activities running smoothly while delivering fantastic customer service.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, confident and enjoys working with people.
- Can lead groups of children and adults with energy.
- Thinks on their feet and stays calm under pressure.
- Is organised, solution-focused and able to multitask.
- Works independently and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Has experience in a customer-facing, hospitality or leisure supervisory role.
Full training will be provided, but we're looking for someone who learns quickly, thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to handle responsibility.
