Watch, Phone repair & sales Associate (Full Time & Part Time)

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on team member to join our busy and growing business in Dunfermline.
This is a varied role combining Watch Repairs along with Mobile Phone repairs and sales of both watches and Jewellery , basic admin duties and working in DrFix retail unit within the Kingsgate Shopping Centre. The ideal candidate will be practical, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Serving customers in-store and delivering excellent customer service
- Preparing and processing customer orders
- Creating barcodes and assisting with purchase orders
- Managing and organising stock (shop floor & back stock)
- Maintaining high shop standards and presentation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Comfortable using computers (basic admin tasks)
- Ability to learn practical/technical tasks quickly
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
✅ (but not essential):
- Previous retail experience
- Watch or Phone repair experience
- Experience with stock control or ordering systems
✅ the Role:
This is not just a standard shop role. You will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the business, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
Full training will be provided on all aspects of working at DrFix.
Hours:
- Full-time & Part Time (details to be discussed)
- Weekend availability will be required
